His fan poked through it. I think most of the damage is actually the fix. Gettin to the tubes to bend them and roll them.

Why did the fan hit it?

Yea, when the XJ was in a bind, you can hear a grinding sound and as you know there are lots of sounds while wheelin.  I just wrote it off as the front locker is eating its self or something since it didnt work most of the time.  So on helicopter pad I was pounding on it and after the climb there was coolant everywhere.  Motor mount broken pretty good.  I made it out with what you see in the picture and no over heating.  Im thinking about getting this radiator off ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jeep-88-89-90-91-92-93-94-95-96-97-01-Cherokee-Radiator_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33602QQihZ025QQitemZ380042623785QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

I do not know of any reason. You may want to look into getting the heavy duty version.........
