I was really hoping it wasn't a scam, but it appears to have been one.

Mine arrived in the states in CT & was shipped to TX. It is supposed to be at my house on Thursday.

It's a pretty good little scam, because once some folks started telling me they had shipping info and they could see the packages arriving in the US, I seriously considered ordering some stuff from the site; however, I listened to my brain (Kell) and it said "Woman" (pronounced whoa-man)...so I didn't go through with it.

So because I had a package delivered, PayPal closed my dispute. After 15 minutes on the phone today they reopened it - just an FYI for you guys - this is why he put in tracking numbers. These likely arent even his packages. Mine had a return address for “toolbarn”

Lesson learned. If it seems its too good to be true, it probably is.
