Need help in north Commerce

Pilot:
Stuck at intersection 441 and 164 north of interstate 85. On a land expedition and buddies lower arm bracket separated from frame due to rust on Jeep. He’s got to get back to Kentucky. Hoping someone here knows anyone local who’s a welder and mechanic that can give him a patch job to get him home. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Call me please 478-973-3778
