Thanks for such a great and friendly welcome and all the hospitality all day!
We had a great time and my 6 yr old asked if we could go back this weekend.
It was a beautiful day and I dont think we could have had a better introduction to wheeling. We met some GREAT people (apologies for not remembering all the names). Jason was great to talk us through so much stuff and help with the learning curve and show us around on some of the green trails when my 10 yr old got a little anxious. By the end of the day my daughter was navigating us around and the kids were all out of the jeep scouting out lines and trails like little guides.
With the exception of slamming into that stump as i was climbing one of the first hills of the day we had no incidents at all. The rubi rails did their job, i noticed as I was cleaning the jeep yesterday, and the wheels have a little rash on them but nothing some black touch up paint wont fix.
Now, I just have to get this steering thing diagnosed and corrected once and for all. Still having to make mini/micro steering movements to keep it going straight. I feel like i am all over my lane.

Thanks so much to everyone! It was a pleasure to meet all of you and see the comradeship and the help you were giving each other.
I have now added to my list of must haves, like a radio (thanks again Jason for the peace of mind you let us borrow, it made such a difference with our confidence riding around alone after lunch!)
