Is it just me, or are notifications not working.

I may not know if anyone replies to this...

I did check my settings, maybe its cause I am not a visitor...  Not in my spam folder either.

just to bring this back up.  They seem to be working now, I am getting notification that must of been in a backlog of messages not sent.

Not sure what is more annoying.
