Some laws requires flares and maybe the guy really wanted the stock ones to work. Less of cop hassle maybe?

I kinda like the idea but not for function. You can tell its too clean to have been wheeled like it should for all the armor.

I like the corners and tubing/cage wrapping around higher up on the body. Dont normally see all that.

We are in ga, long has it has 4 wheels, a motor, and a seat its pretty much legal.

That is pointless. Your tire is still going to hit the flare before the tube. There is no way to remove the flare because the tube is welded to the rocker and the bumper.

I will agree with Chris,  8==D

I don't know, I kinda like it. I think it will work too cause the flares will just flex in until they hit the tubing. The stock flares don't play either. I've nailed the piss out of them many times and they are still holding up. The fender itself will be damaged before that flare is. Tubing between the two is better than nothing. We'll hit this at River Rock next weekend too... my tj was laying on the flares  ;D  Tweek'd the fenders but just scraped the paint off the flares.

^ I have a pretty big flat spot in my passenger fender now from that hill, lol.

Will, I also noticed today that the Poison Spyder 1/2 corners are under $100 if you want to cover up your fork damage.

Where the heck did you see that? And does that include the "manufacturer's shipping surcharge" that comes with PS stuff?

LINK, NOW  ;D

I saw it in Jp Magazine, they were in the "10 best products for under $100" for $93.

I just looked on the PS website, and it has them listed as $156 for TJs and $93 for LJs, but thats probably a typo since it takes more material for the LJs. There website is framed, so just go to https://www.spydercustoms.com/index2.php and click Trail Corners under components.

Back to the hill ansd scraping. I bet if you had a wider tire or spacers, your tires would have stopped it from rubbing. Or would have been alot less rub anyway.

my tires stick out about an inch and a half. They had some weight on em, but the body rolled over and scrapped too. You'll get to check it out  ;D
