Tractor Supply has some good ones but they aren't with the rest of the shackles. Browse through the tractor section and they are black with a gold screw pin. I'm pretty sure the one rated for 6 tons costs $13

They have a cheap tree saver and snatch block also, I got both of 'em  ;D
