Not a problem. This is a high end optic. Just let me know what rail system you have(flat top or other) I think I have a GG&G flip up as well for the M4.

NVG's are affordable now, just depends on the generation you want. Gen1 is basic and can be purchased at Wally world or go to optics planet for a better selection. I have a set of Gen1 I use for personal use. I am issued a higher end Gen3 at work.

Yeah, Judd had a set at Tellico last time and those were so BAD A! No light but those made it look like daytime. I could get into trouble with those!

oh dear god ben, not gonna ask what you gonna do with those, haha.

glen, is it a huge dif. between the gen1 and the military grade nvg that you get to play with?

Like Ben said, it boils down to use of item. If you get a chance, go to Bass pro or a gun show. Try both Gen1 and 3. It is night and day in comparison. When you get into shooting with these items is when price means a world of difference. Higher end= better clarity. Judd had the civilian version PVS7. Pricey, but, great clarity, waterproof, all the specs of military issue. Hope this helps.
