Sundays workout went as follows: Leg presses with 280lbs for 200 reps, not that bad. Leg extentions with 55lbs for 200 reps, not to bad. Forearms. Than came cardio! Two sandbags, one in each hand, jog 100yds. Lunges for 50yds and sprint 50 yards. Thats 1 set. Second set was 1 guy jogs 200yds with a pallet while you jog next to him. Pass the pallet...etc..Starting to suck a bit now. 200 yard spint slick. Finish with 1 sandbag sprint. All of these were done back to back with 30 seconds of rest maximum. To finish it off 300 crunches. Tuesday is the 300 workout.  {toast}

haha its just another weight loss thing. The thread starter, A Plumber has a trip coming up and posted a thread on weight loss tips. Then once he saw there were enough folks trying to do the same he turned it into a 6 week who can loose the most. There is some prize, but I dont know what it is.

Got it. I will keep lurking and see how that contest goes. Probably not a bad idea for here as well. Oh, add a 2 mile run to the above workout. Legs are hurting!!

Your time on forum(TOF) has dropped also. I guess you have been hitting the gym a bunch or in the field. Today is no gym day. And eat like a pig tomorrow after the 300 workout!!! So shut up JK Fatt-boy!!! {toast}

Today is my day off. Was going to be yesterday but a friend called and we put a shade over 4 miles on the MTB. Would have done more but we were racing the sundown so had to call it quits due to no lights...

Did the 300 workout today. It sucked! There were 5 of us so we had to modify some of the weight and make multiple stations. I was not the fastest, but I completed it in 24mins. Take one of your hardest workouts. The one that makes you want to vomit at the end.. Thats how you feel the entire time until your done!

a) Pullups - 25 reps

b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps

c) Pushups - 50 reps

d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps

e) Floor wipers - 50 reps

f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps

g) Pullups - 25 reps

This is the workout. You can modify some of the stations. I actually used 95lbs on the deadlifts and just the 45lb bar on the floor wipes. This gives you the best of both worlds. You get cardio, fat loss and muscle building all in one. They plan is to do this every 7th workout! Chime in!!
