Did a little research on that P90x stuff. It looks like it is mostly recommended for people needing to lose 15 pounds or less, this is not for me yet!

Yeah, that will cut you up. I am over being cut and big. Just want to maintain. Did chest and tris today. Tired!
I've grown tired of this.

Tried to jog this morning but it was a little to cold, yes it was 38 this morning in Miami. So I came back into the apartment and tried Ghost's suggestion and did 10 push ups and then 20 leg lifts for a total of 50 push ups and 100 leg lift excercises. After that I walked up and down my stairs for 15 minutes (14 steps). Not a lot, but I was sweating my a$$ off.

Alright fellas... I need a little help. On top of just wanting to get in shape, I have been following Glenn's advice and sending my resume into some jobs. Well lets just say some of them are a little more demanding on the body. I need to design a workout based around 4 days of weights, 1 or 2 days of straight cardio (running) and 1 rest day to get my self in a little better shape. Ideally for me would be weights (with machine cardio) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and then running style Cardio Wednesday and 1 day on the weekend with the other as a rest day.

O and I want to start this on Monday!

So I was thinking this schedule:
-Monday: chest and tri's
-Tuesday: Shoulders
-Wednesday: running
-Thursday: Back and bi's
-Friday: Legs
-Saturday or Sunday: running, the other a rest day

One of the jobs I applied for has a requirement of:
Bench .72 of body weight
Leg Press 1.46 of body weight
Step Test 50 in 1 minute
Sit Ups 29 in 1 minute
1.5 mile run in 14.46 minutes

Can I do all that? Probably, but I don't want probably, I want to KILL it!

Whats the job? {ehm} LEO? Firefighter? This would help for a workout designed on the events. Let me know. {popcorn}

One is with the county sheriff department starting as a jailer, another with the city jailer and thinking about the police force but not sure on that yet.
