I did a light work out last night. Nothing serious until I see the Dr. though. I figure I have to do something, it's one of those I'm damned if I do and I'm damned if i don't. So, with that I did a full body work out and then jogged 1 mile. Will take today off and lightly work out again tomorrow.

Hit chest and tris last night, back and bis tonight and then got a show so push ups and sit ups for a few days. :(
I've grown tired of this.

Recieved my blood test results today and it said:

Chlor. = 263
Triglicerides = 186

Just a little out of whack! LoL. Sounds like I'll be taking some new medicine on Monday.

Did chest and tris yesterday. Figure if I need to 1 time rep .75 of my weight I will just make sure I rep it a lot. Got to say, my legs are still sore from Mondays run but today is leg workout day so oh well!

Did chest and some light back. Went up to just 295 on incline for 3 reps. Came back in the afternoon and did 22 miles on the stationary bike. All flat land, level 10-11. It was boring!!

Yes, 22 miles. And it was boring!!! I wanted to get 30 in but it became more painful than beneficial. Wear compression shorts if you attempt this and have good music on your Ipod. ;D

Well I cooked my legs yesterday! I have always been weak on the leg workouts and I realize I need to pick it up! So I went heavy and hard and it hurt a little to walk down the stairs today... Today no weights, might try to go run after we look at some houses if there is time. Tomorrow is back and shoulders.

The scale yesterday had me at 254, 257 on Tuesday so I will see what I weigh Friday as well. So I started the getting fit at 267 right after Christmas and I think I got as high as 275 previous that. My 38" waist jeans are getting really loose!

Lets see, got to the beach/show yesterday afternoon, drank some beer, ate some scallops, drank some beer. Today, setup for the show, done by 12, ate some scallops, drank some beer. went to the beach, got a slight burn... from the sun ;D went cruising, drinking a beer. Probably gonna eat a burger tonight. Work is such a drag! :D I brought some resistance bands but I doubt they will get used. {toast}
I've grown tired of this.
