We are doing the Warrior Dash in Oregon in Sept. 3.15 miles and obstacles all while running (it is a race). So I am in hopes to be into the shape needed well before.

its an event. They had one in the south but we missed. We have some family up in Seattle so we get a reason to travel now.

I'm still having trouble getting back in it >:( >:( >:( But, I'm also down 38 pounds now so that leaves 32 to go. Over the half way mark {toast}

I started back doing free weights but I find after benching my shoulder hurst, bad. My form seems pretty decent and my weight is not heavy since it is 10reps for 3 sets. I might just have to stick with pushups. I sold the bowflexso aim going to Try and find some kettlebells with the money

or move to dumbbell presses and smith machine work. Try not to loose that core movement. Back at it today for me. Its going to be a long road and uphill battle to a 400lb. bench press!

My wife and I are looking to join a gym to try to get into shape. We want to hire a trainer also, not only so we know what we are doing, but for the motivational factor, lol.

Anyone know of a good trainer in the Dacula, GA area let me know!
