There is nothing wrong with that IF its first thing in the am or post workout. Bars are hit or miss. I know Kroger has a good selection and GNC is way to high. Here is what I have been on for over 2 years and seems to work well for me:
-BSN Truemass- great for putting back on size. For guys like Krawler, maybe Muscle Milk would be better.
-MRI NO2 Platinum, BSN No-explode, BSN AxisHT, and MRI CE2- this are pre-workout supps.
-BSN Cellmass and Gaspari Size-on-post workout.
This stuff is not cheap but works well for me. I use the Truemass for the extra calories. I drink about 4-6 shakes a day, so that basically empties that Truemass jug in a few weeks. You will feel heavy, but trust me, you will notice the difference. Now, here is the since of it all. You shift protien to a lower caloric form. I switch to Optimum Nutrition. It comes in 10lb bags. Cut back to 3-4 shakes a day and you drop a ton of calories and in turn, you burn stored fat. But you have to do 30+ minutes of cardio!! Chime in! {letseat}
