you trusted the ladder?????.......  i never did... had to climb 1 and i thought this is going to hurt if it breaks....

Yeah. I guess the risk is part of it. One side of the ladder was balanced on a Fu**ing brick and missing the last rung. Held together with wire!!LOL!! I have seen worse, but its been a while. Oddly enough, there was a PKM with 1 drum on some sand bags..over watching a field. The nearest thing was 570+yds out. WTF? Stupid Hadji! I got positioned and had to shoo them away. They always want to look at your optics and "toys". FU**-OFF CO**-SMOKE!!!! Sometimes you just have to be nice and rattle off hadji speech: Yah-la!!! Anyways, I didn't go to the gym. I guess I said that already. Oh, I am just a plumber!! {toast} I made all of this up. This was a buddy of mine!!

hey i didnt goto the gym either today.... i got SDO tonight... but i get a 5 day weekend... so i am not sure what i am going to do..

So what do you fellas think about me doing without the nature valley bar and doing a 20g protein shake with maybe a tablespoon of pnut butter? The stats on the bar are not great. 180 calories, 50 from fat, 160 mg sodium, 29g carbs, 11g sugar and 4g protein.

You will need some substance to fill your gut. Shakes never do it for me. Maybe add a banana to it. I eat oranges alot, they help burn fat too. Man, I just ate 40minutes ago and I AM HUNGRY AGAIN!

There is nothing wrong with that IF its first thing in the am or post workout. Bars are hit or miss. I know Kroger has a good selection and GNC is way to high. Here is what I have been on for over 2 years and seems to work well for me:

-BSN Truemass- great for putting back on size. For guys like Krawler, maybe Muscle Milk would be better.
-MRI NO2 Platinum, BSN No-explode, BSN AxisHT, and MRI CE2- this are pre-workout supps.
-BSN Cellmass and Gaspari Size-on-post workout.

This stuff is not cheap but works well for me. I use the Truemass for the extra calories. I drink about 4-6 shakes a day, so that basically empties that Truemass jug in a few weeks. You will feel heavy, but trust me, you will notice the difference. Now, here is the since of it all. You shift protien to a lower caloric form. I switch to Optimum Nutrition. It comes in 10lb bags. Cut back to 3-4 shakes a day and you drop a ton of calories and in turn, you burn stored fat. But you have to do 30+ minutes of cardio!! Chime in! {letseat}

I might give shake a whirl and see. I burn right through the granola bar but I don't do protein bars... Yuck!

Today I ate 3 eggs plus bread/butter for breakfast. Think I might go for 4 eggs, no bread tomorrow and see how it goes.

Jerm- Try Oh-Yeah bars. They are really good, Trio-Plex protien cookies. And those protien shots. They are in plastic tubes but have 42g of whey each.

If I do the 2 scoop prtein shake I fart like crazy! Anybody else have the protein farts?

YUP!! I usually wait till we are all buttoned up in an armored vehicle and let them fly!!! Or when I am under the covers with the wife. Dutch oven!!!!LOL!!
