Some of you might hate me but...

We moved offices over the weekend to be closer to corporate. Well I cut my commute in half... I use to drive a little over 5 miles round trip and yesterday I clocked it at 2.3 miles round trip from parking space to parking space at the new office. Door to door is probably shorter since I do park in the back of the apartment and work parking lot.

Guess once it gets a little warmer and i am a litte more in shape I can have meg drop me off in the moring (on her way to work) and I can just carry workout clothes and run home. It would be about 1.2 mile run with a backpack with my work clothes in it and only 1 serious hill to tackle.

I get to drive a company truck to work and home and all over town. ;D  Don't even look at anything but the gas guage when I need to fill 'er up on the company dime!

I get a monthly car allowance. It makes the Jeep payment and the insurance, but not the gas. But, I'm not complaining ;D
