well i picked up my jeep today and they fixed everything even my e-break... they told me again that running 35's on a dana 30 with 3.73 gears i will have breakage again and there is a really good chance that it will not be covered again by the warranty.. so wtf am i to do... changing out the gears will void the warranty.. changin out the whole axle will void it... oh well i guess...
Don't worry about it Dude, if it breaks, and that's a big if, carry it to another dealer, they will see that they have already been warrantied once, but you can act like your not real sure if the repair was done proper the first time and that's why your useing another dealership. Or if it breaks again regear and screw the warranty on the dif.s, it won't void the rest of the warranty.

well i hope things work out ok cause we just might have to trade in the Aspen and get me I mean the wife her dream truck (tow pig) they have a really nice Dodge 2500 for 29k... i think with trade in on the aspen and all the cash that dodge is throwing out we can get the payments for less then we have on the aspen... and it has a 6.1 Cummings  {letseat}.... so we will see in the morning...not getting my hopes up by anymeans...

If it works Mike dump the Aspen and get a real vehicle. Oh yea the comment in a differant post about buying a Jeep Built wasn't a bust man. In case you forgot, I haven't done anything to the XJ except fix a few weak points. I didn't build it. I did build my YJ thow, but then again it's now just a mall crawler.

Cool man, I no that I don't take much that you say seriuos, but I thought that you thought I was bustin' on ya. Man if you can get you a Cummins right, I would get it, I bought mine new in 2001 and would not trade it for nothing.( Only because it's been paied for a while)  But if I did it would be with another Cummins. ( I would rather be "Cummin than Stroke'n")I'm not a fan of the Duramax(it's got issues), The new Powersucks don't get fuel milage. If it would work out for ya I think you would be happy, even with the price of fuel. Of course now diesel seems to be dropping while gas goes up, go figure, I don't understand, but I'm sure Obama will fix it.

I don't understand it either, but I'm not complaining! There is a place by my house that has diesel for 10-15 cents cheaper than everyone else, but they get robbed or people get carjacked there a lot, so I have to watch what time I go, lol.

I don't know much about the new 6.7 BluTec Cummins. Have there been any problems with them?

Pack Heat Jimmy.

No from what I've read it seems that they just keep building on perfection.
