People who hit and run should be flogged. I have a friend who was hit, the guy tried to run and got t-boned by another car in the process of trying to leave the intersection.

I had one of those hit and runs, tboned in my door and the dude took off. While he was driving off the hood flew up on his car and he kept going. I was in complete shock! I would love to find that guy someday. >
