5 33x12.50x15 Tires
« on: April 14, 2009, 07:18:57 PM »
Looking for five(5) 33x12.50x15 tires.  I'm hoping for BFG's but anything will do.

Decent tread and decent price.

I've got my wheels and lift already, once I get tires(and a CB) I'll be able to start wheeling with good ole GATR  :)

Thanks for your help in advance.

Right now, money is the biggest issue.  I guess it is for everyone.

My father and I had a long dicussion because he really wants to get a second Jeep again and wheel with GATR and me.  We eventually decided on fixing up my Jeep first instead of buying him one.  That way we can get to wheeling a bit faster with one decent Jeep rather than wheeling with two stock Jeeps.  For now we can take turns learning, wheeling, etc. Sharing the experience kind of thing.  Once mine is fixed, then we will work on purchasing him one this summer.

Basically it goes like this:

5 Cragar V-5's 15x8 3.75 BS
Rough Country 3.25 Perf. 2.2
AtoZ Front Bumper w/ 2" reciever w/ Stinger/Grille Guard Combo
AtoZ Rear Bumper w/ Tire Carrier
Currie Antirock
XRC8
Cobra 75 WX ST Compact/Remote Mount CB Radio with SoundTracker® and NOAA Weather
I built a box for storage in the rear after I removed the Rear Seat.
I'm still looking for tires as well as trying to sell my fourwheeler for fund them.  Looking for 5 33x12.50x15's.  So yea.
Also was hoping for AtoZ sliders but for now I'll have to stick with those stock sissy bars.

I can do most of that stuff at my house minus the wheels/tires/lift.  So once they get here I'll have to ask for help from you guys since the shop up here closed.

I think that's about it.

You can do the lift.... And wheels and tires...... Although the wheels and tires will be harder than the lift. ;D

I dismounted 2 38.5s and mounted them by hand the other 2 I paid 15 a piece to have mounted. ;D

Yea I know I "can".  However my father wants someone to do it that has experience.  Doesn't have to be a professional but at least someone that knows what they're doing.  He's basically afraid that I'll kill msyelf compressing a coil spring.

Oh, don't worry about the coil spring.  I've sat by and watched Matt do it a bunch of times.  There's nothing to worry about.   :-X maybe...
