Late on this but just spray it. It is very easy and you can touch it up to match 100%. Powdercoating is for Gucci jeeps! ;D

Well throw that info in earlier.  Hell, I thought you were just debating between the 2 without a benefit for one decision.  In that case, just get the bare metal and spray it and get your relocation bracket.
