what size tires and wheels does it have now?

my suggestions for your first mods would be to get the things you need to ride with our club(cb, fire extinguisher, jack, etc).

once you have those basic things, and spend a lil time wheeling with our club.  then you'll see for yourself what mods you want to make your rig even more capable.  who knows, you might catch the bug and want to make it into a crawler once you see what the big rigs do.  you could see that you love me the mudd and want to make it into a bogger.  or you might see that you enjoy long hauls with small amounts of wheeling and want to make it into an expedition rig.  the possiblities are endless.

or just trade it for a Jeep.     ;)

With a 4 inch lift I would recommend 33's. They'll still give you clearance.

With 4" lift on an F250 you can run some pretty big tires. 35's and possibly 37s. An F250 is a tow rig though, not a trail rig  {nln}

35's should be the smallest sized tires you even consider.  I mean, I've got a Ranger with a 4" lift and I have 35's and my 4.0 handles them no problem.
