New Off Road Park in GA

have any of yall been or heard of this place yet...just found it this morning...

looks to be about 45 min from downtown atlanta and 45 min from Morris Mountain....

There's a couple threads on it. I know one is titled West GA Offroad Park, or New Park in West Georgia. Somein' like that.
