I live in old town... and yes, I have to clean the crackheads out of the jeep every morning.

Well, after having driven it around all evening, the power loss is noticeable so regearing may be in the future. Also stronger axels? For now I am content...that should last a week or two.

Looks awesome {toast}
You shouldn't need stronger axles with 33's. All stock ones will be ok.
If you go up to 35" tires or larger then you probably will if you have a D35. If you have a D44, you should still be good to go.

I think I'll be
OK
with the stock axels, but I definitely want a locker in the rear and wouldn't want to put the D35 under that kind of load. I'm looking into the Super D35 kits available. I think that would suit me fine for what I will be using it for.

You'll be fine I've been running 33" super swampers on my locked Dana 35 for over a year and haven't had a problem. And I've even tried breaking it a couple of times just for fun.
