What's a good cheap camera that I can get from Wally World?

Looking for a good waterproof digital camera from Walmart around $150. Any ideas? What do you think I should get?
I have my eye on a waterproof one made by Olympus, it's $148.

I just don't know yet.
If I want to take a picture and video underwater, I could use my phone since it is waterproof and stuff.

I have the Olympus Stylus 790SW. Its both shock and waterproof. I have a bigger memory card as well. Its going to be hard to locate a camera with those capabilities for that price. Save up and remember you get what you pay for! Get a warranty also.

Get a Nikon coolpix - its cheap and takes awesome pictures - I got one for my wife because she keeps destroying them and this thing is solid.

Well I decided to get a Canon Powershot A480. Seems to be a nice little camera. Hope it won't be a lemon.
