Ad-Hoc Nov 1 2009 Ride Discussion thread
« on: October 21, 2009, 05:11:23 PM »
Thought I would start a discussion thread for the Nov 1, 2009 Ad-Hoc Ride..

Rabunjeeper said there is a place near the river crossing with room for 15 or so jeeps that we could stop for a lunch and some visiting time...  Bring your lunch.....

He said we would be there around noon...

Hopefully I get the SYE and new shaft in in time.  It left CA today on FEDX..

The weather is beautiful down here..  Should be great for you..

It can probably be done in 2wd. I will no for sure this weekend. I haven't been through there since the 14+ inches of rain in the last month. It might be rutted out from the run off. There is one hillclimb you will have to have 4wd for but you don't have to go up it. I will post pics of my scout trip.

I might try and get up to do some riding.  should be a good weekend to check out the leaves.
I have been driving my jeep some lately, so I have the stock tires and wheels on it, should be great for a road trip.
I will have to see as it gets closer to next weekend.

Guys, if somebody gets stuck on a forestry road we have issues! :D
I've grown tired of this.
