That "Getting in shape" thread, it kinda inspired me, along with another person, to start getting healthier. So on sunday I started.
I had good intentions, but apparently I messed up doing push-ups. at first it was about like an extreme discomfort. I figured it was just soreness from my body getting used to working. then it started to feel like knives sticking me, so i figured something wasn't right. today it got to the point i couldn't stand it, so i left college and i went to get checked.
it was really disheartening that Im so fat that i messed myself up when i tried to do something about it.
But that's life I guess. I'll get back to it once I'm allowed to do stuff again.
Good news is, I can still keep on eating healthy foods. So that will help a bit. {toast}
