Is this the belly up that increases the ground clearance by 2"? If so I am interested.

Yes it is..
It came off a 2003 Rubicon
I tried to put it on my 2000 tj but the holes would not line up
it can be modified if needed
it is 1/4" plate
i don't have photos but I can get some iff needed
It is in great shape
I would have used it if I could but it would not fit my application

I can deliver to Hiawassee Ga week of Feb 21st or possibly next weekend if I can get away..
