I don't think I'll be able to right now. I went home for lunch & noticed a drip in the basement. Looks like the guest bathroom had some sort of leak & now the celing in the basement is ruined {boohoo}.
Hopefully our home warranty will cover it all, but I think all they'll do is fix the leak.

Thanks, I'll let you know whenever I find out about the drywall. The guy who's finishing the basement stopped by & said it didn't look too bad, so we'll see what happens.

sorry to get off topic - but make sure your bath tub drain is not loose - I just went through this, had a leak through my ceiling coming into my pantry, went to Home Depot, bought a drain socket and tightened it up and no more leak!

OK back to topic.
