Its close to 5030 Murphy Highway, Mineral Bluff Ga. I'd say its less than 1/8 mile off the highway. Had a gravel road down the side of the property. Only one person has right of way past the property on the gravel road but there is no road on to his property and I've never seen him. Theres atleast a couple hundred undeveloped acres behind the property. Near my 4x4 shop. If you've driven from the ATL to Tellico you passed by the place before.

Its doesnt have its own street address yet.

Power is near by but not too the property. I think 2 poles will get it there. No well or septic on the property yet but the ground has been tested for a septic system and its good.

Pretty isolated feeling but your only 10 min to Blue Ridge or 15 to Murphy.

I have a buddy who invest in property is why I was asking, but things with his current investments aren't doing so well. Good luck though.

I'd buy it from you in a heart beat, but I need to let my credit cool off for a little while after recently buying a new house. Looks like a beautiful place. Hate that you gotta sell it cause of some sorry ass trout fishermen.

All of the 4x4 shops that were around here are gone thanks in large part to the tellico closure....oh well...

I will discuss this with the wife tonight and see if she would like to ride up there this weekend.
We sold our land and cabin off highway 60 a few years ago and my retirement in 2 years is a key role in this possible interest.
