Even a stock XJ at 100mph sounds insane in every way. I've had mine at 85-90 and it's downright SCARY!!!

Sounds about right. The cops keep distance in chases in hopes the driver wont feel "forced" to make a stupid move and put innocent life in harms way. Then when no one is around or they hit the "must end" point they close in...

I do like the drivers gangsta lean though!
