Hold my beer and watch this crap! WOOOOO! HOOOOOO! Oh No! Man, I looked at that hill on saturday and thought to myself I'd like to see somethin go up that thing! It is litterally straight up with a rock ledge at the top of it, that video does the steepness no justice. Sorry you tore your rig up but awesome video!

Wow. It just hung in the air for a sec.

Every time I watch it I hope it comes down forward....

Ouch. After watching this video I'm convinced XJ's don't like wood. Glad you are OK Danny. That had to be a spooky ride.

:o I would say to let off the gas and throw it in neutral or reverse but that happened way too fast to react. Mark, I think trees don't like XJs ;D looks like that tree just wanted him to go awaay!
I've grown tired of this.

Hey that looks like the same place that Ben pulled up on one of our last trips up there when I had my Jeep. It was so steep his started to stand up and I had to jump on the front bumper.

Dude you were givin' it hell.  Glad you are OK.  Makes the door dent seem insignificant, which as I recall, you predicted it would be. ;D

Come by sometime and you can get some ideas, it's always at the shop. We used 1/4" steel on the rear comp cut - then welded 3 Pieces of DOM from side to side & plated the top ( for storage ) - the jeep actually landed on the rear corner and it didn't even budge + the glass didn't break!
