Calvin arrived today after 3 days in Arkansas after blowing a Turbo Coupler on the Powerstroke, and no dealer was open until Tuesday.  Replacing with the original blew off 2 more times. 

We took this am off waiting for Calvin and ran Hells Revenge this afternoon.

Pritchett again tomorrow AM.

Billy and I ran out to moab rim at sunset. Billy broke his front right shock mount on the way out. We limped out after dark. I don't suggest trying to come down in the dark on that trail!

I came over around 9:30 and you weren't back.  Glad it worked out.  Definitely not a trail to do in the dark, esp. going downill.   :hlp

I know someone who ended up having to do that, and it was so dark / hard to see that they had a couple of folks with flashlights walking 50 feet in front of the jeeps the whole way down to make sure they didn't find a cliff instead of trail.  Also know someone with an old rover who busted a rear brake line and ended up coming down the rim trail with the rear brakes pinched off with a vise grip.

it was fun but nerve racking as well. All was fine until we hit the last 90 degree turn.It has a good 3-4 ft drop on a hard turn with the cliff edge just a few ft away. My dad was skeered ;D but that was the only spot that gave us any trouble. Got a pic from the trail to the petroglyph hike at sunset that turned out pretty cool. It is an awesome place out here at dusk. GORGEOUS!

awesome! I hopefully will get around to uploading all 13 gigs worth of images and movies tomorrow. I am trying to get caught up from being out from work  I hit the wall around 2pm today.
