One more mod completed

Well im trying to get my junk ready for river rock, and i had a problem with the coils popping out. fabbed up an upper coil retainer, and bought some longer shocks, and i just had to test out the flex. not bad for a ttb with stock radius arms and coils




now i just gotta install my skyjacker 3" xj coils(stock bronco II is 500ppi, xj around 240) and fab up my longer radius arms and ill be in business...o and ditch the rear sway bar

o i will...ill be gettin a new used cummins for a tow rig next year...then the funs really gonna start. ive had jeeps, 2 bronco II's, a yota, and a FSC, and these b2's are by far my favorite. plenty of room for the gear, youngun's, dogs, and whatever else i need. im expecting a baby the 27th so my moneys kinda jacked up right now, but when i start my new job its awn!

I just helped a friend put a lift on on a Bronco 2 over the weekend. What a pain in the _____! That bracket that holds the pass side half of the axle is pain to get the rivets ground off of! Also had to grind the rivets off of the radius arms but they weren't near as bad as the others! And to top it off, he had ran through every mudhole in the county before he brought it over.  Even though we were in a clean shop, it looked as if we were doing trail repairs by the looks of our clothes when we were done!

The rivets are a pain. It best to cut a slot in them then take a mini sledge and chisel and knock the head off. Or use an air hammer. They are almost as dumb as the ttb setup
