38" Toyos on 16" wheels with beadlocks

38" Toyos about 40% tread with 16" steel 250 wheels with Great Lakes Offroad beadlocks. Wheels are 8 on 170mm bolt pattern. Asking $650 OBO are may do some partial trading on 17" wheels.
