Thursday night, after the Jeep dealer meet and greet, we're headed out with Rooster and a big group for oysters somewhere.

And now after all day Saturday at the speedway, there is a volunteer and attendee appreciation party by Larry and Cherie and Jeremy, which is Poison Spyder and Rock Krawler, and some others. Said to be a dance party. It will be crazy.

Some answers to questions out there...

1.  We did negotiate a late check-out with the host hotel - you will need to let them know at check-in -it is a small fee of $15 to extend to 3 pm.

2.  Your paypal receipt is your confirmation. We will be sending out an e-mail that provides reminders and some additional information to all that have registered.

3.  Other hotels offering a discount if you mention Jeep Beach - Ramada Speedway (mainland); Emerald Shores (beachside - have heard rumors they are sold out - but worth a try) and Holiday Inn oceanfront (beachside and newly renovated).

4.  If you wish to park as a group on Saturday, please arrive together. This is a small request to make parking easier and more efficient. The quicker we get everyone parked, the sooner we can open the gates. If you need a place to meet, you can let the greeter know at the entrance and she will direct you to a staging spot.

5.  Please bring cash or check -- we have tried to get an ATM to no avail.

VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION PARTY AFTER JEEP BEACH!

are hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Party (AKA Cheri's Dance Party) on Saturday night after Jeep Beach, to honor and thank the Mid-Florida Jeep Club and the hard work they and their members put in to organizing this great event! Everyone is welcome who is involved in Jeep Beach in some way--as an organizer, volunteer, participant, vendor, etc.

But you need your TOKENS for entry and for your first two drinks which are ON US! Visit the vendor booths of Poison Spyder Customs, RockKrawler Suspension, sPOD or Rigid Industries during the Jeep Beach event on Saturday to receive your free tokens (two per person, while supplies last!).

Location and exact time of the party are TBD but will be revealed when you pick up your tokens.

PARKING FOR THE TOW PIGS AND TRAILERS


GREAT NEWS!!!

Shawn at International RV Park has been generous enough to allow parking for any trucks and trailers for

$1.00/day! Yes…the price is correct $1.00/day

for both tow rig/trailer. I know he is a distance away from the hotel, but the vehicles would be secure and participants could drop off the trailers prior to coming to the hotel.

Jeep Beach Poker Run

Description:     Travel through Central Florida and visit several of our Favorite Places – an event you can do at your leisure – carve out a few hours or the entire day and see what Daytona and surrounding areas have to offer. There will be a small section that will be off-road (alternate directions provided to remain on-road). Prizes awarded for best and worst hand.

YJ isn't running a banner either Mike, I have a GATR Oval sticker I took out of a banner on my trailer on the bumper.
