CHILI AND JEEP SHOW FEB 5 2011 - Come join the fun

Thanks to Scott at SBC for hosting us.  He's got serious skillz.

Everybody that has eaten Linda's cooking knows she makes some great dishes, but she doesn't consider her Chili to be one of them, but I love it.  She has tailored it to my liking with lots of meat, and few beans.  Served with garnishments of shredded cheese, chopped onions, sour cream with lime zest, fresh cilantro, and crackers.  Yum.  She won the 1st place Peoples Choice trophy and the 1st place Judges Choice which turned out to be 3 fire trucks worth of county fireman that came for lunch.

Hey Doug,
I just missed you on Saturday.  I got there a little late. 

It was great to meet Scott.  He has build some amazing buggies and I have lots ideas for my next project.

Niiiice.....congrats.....sadly my wife would have killed me if I had gone to a chili cookoff......it would have been in self defense though....
