>:( went in yesterday to speak with or medic about this shoulder. Its keeping me awake at night. He prescribed me some meds for the inflammation on the shoulder joint....story of my life. Advice given by Spec-ops medic: stop lifting heavy! My response: NO! Medic response: SUCK IT UP! See what the new meds do for me...
Heal up that shoulder then get back too it!

went in today and warmed up really good on the treadmill. Went to 105's on DB presses. 235lbs. on BB incline press. New meds started today...

We went and joined the Lifetime Fitness gym. Went in last night and walked 1.6 miles on the treadmill. Doesn't sound like much but it's been a full year of not doing anything so I'm starting of slow. After having that lap band put in I just can't believe how much muscle I have actually lost.

Legs where very sore from Monday's BJJ worked legs last night. Could not move as much weight as normal but still put out 100% effort.
Might have to rest today and heal but brought my gym stuff just incase.

 {toast} I still can't run, to much of a belly still and makes my lower back knot up extremely bad in no time flat.  :hlp That's why I am hit the elliptical machine instead of the tread mill or run. I hope that if I keep dropping weight that I can start joggin with out major pain.

took 2 days off and only because of "work"....back at it today... ::)...Down from 215lbs in body weight to 205lbs. I guess I will never see the 190's unless I drink the local water.

Lost 3 lbs this week. That's 20.5 lbs since 01/24.
39.5 more to go.
