On that note, I weighed myself yesterday, down 11lbs! All fat. I figure I have atleast 5 more to go and then it's time to hit the weights. Want to add about 10-15lbs of muscle and maintain. I have no desire to get G sized :D It takes too much time, effort, food and $ to keep it on. :bs)

G, back in the day, I worked out twice a day, ate as much as 2 people and spent more $ on suppliments than I could afford. Going for the mens fitness mag look. ;D Plus, it takes me 4 times as much work to put on muscle compared to someone your height. You shorter guys have it made :D

..tell me about it. We live off the economy and we have mail only every 10-14 days. Mail just cam in today. We are all 33 days out from going home and all our good stuff shows up? WTF. Our team is heavy...Biggest, fittest dudes on the compound. 1 guy was on the competitive level, another is 230lbs. and runs marathons. So, we all sit down and order the same stuff. Our eating and workout times are regimented. I am up to 3x's a day now myself when the work load allows it. And if you don't workout, we will bust your ass for it, peer pressure is a bitch! So, I guess you ask, what motivates you? Not letting your buddy down because your a fatass, Hot chicks, jeeps and guns...Got to live hard to be hard!!! {toast}
