Getting in shape 2011

I do the weight lifting thing about 4 days a week for sure, it is a major stress reliever for me. I also do 30 minutes to and hour of cardio on an elliptical machine every other day. I have not been doing the cardio but for the last two week.
I plan on doing the mtn bike thing just as soon as it warms up.
I started back to doing jiu jitsu 3 days a week. Last night was my 1st night back and I was sure I was going to puke or die or both. :hlp

Well, it looks like I will do day 2 of P90x on day 3............................

got in late after 2 days of work. Took a shot of NO-Explode (which, to me, is garbage). And decided to take some vitamins instead and go to bed...Pick it back up tomorrow.. ::)

I hammered out a legs and cardio last night. I can feel it today.
Going to work some back and biceps in about an hour.
