Shoulder issues here as well... pain is less now but still there. Going to start running this morning. Need to work on that 1.5 mile time  {toast}

Shoulder is getting better very slowly. Got up to 80 lbs dumbbells this week but still hurts a bit. I am able to do more than one pushup now but I have to do them very slow and controled.
Started adding cardio back into my gym sessions too.Doing BJJ 4-5 days a week now.

Weight still 258-263. Dropped a little more size in the last month.

Do Work 93 YJ:
Well starting to get the best results of working out, people making comments. After a while I get down cause I don't see the change but it's always good to have someone outside the family to say something to keep me motivated.

It helps! Keep up the work and don't get discouraged. Just remember, you are doing yourself an awesome favor by taking care of yourself. I am down 22lbs. Getting cut up and about to hit the weights again. Lost all this from the bike. Cardio is where it's at!

Still holding at 31lbs of weight lost. Got back on my calorie counting this week and hope to start droping again in the next 7-10 days. I have lost over 4 inches in both my waist and hips since February.
Monday through Thursday I have been getting a 2-3 miles of jogging at lunch.Then hitting the weights and 35-45 minutes  of elliptical  and doing BJJfor 1.5 hours.
Fridays I have been getting a 2-3 miles of jogging at lunch.Then hitting the weights after work.
Saturdays been getting another 1.5 -2 hours of BJJ in.
Sunday is rest day, sometimes.
Been at the schedule for 3 weeks now or as close to it as life will let me get, something got to break the weight plateau that I hit.

Oh and I have 50 days till Tennesse state Bjj championship.
