Did jiu-jitsu last night. Shoulder still giving me trouble but working around it as much as possible.  Jiu-jitsu again tonight then leg day in the gym Wednesday.

Down to 259 lbs. I have not been this light in 5-6 years.

Good job Larry {toast}

I can't figure out what my weight is right now. It goes between 214 all the way back up to 219. It's driving me crazy. I'm feeling better and my clothes are starting to fit differently so for now I'm not going to change anything. I just started into my 5th week of weight lifting so I still have 7 more weeks for results. At the end of my 12 weeks I will make some adjustments if needed.

Wife pushed me to start the couch to 5k program. So yesterday was the first day, pretty easy but legs were a little tired from 9 miles on the bike the day before.

Good luck with the C25K program.  I have been running for about one year and found that there is nothing better than running outside to clear the mind.

Shoulder is doing much better, still no pressing movement with that arm. Getting closer every day.

I hit a high note of 18 miles last week running.  That is the most milage I have done in a single week since I started running a year ago.

Wife pushed me to start the couch to 5k program. So yesterday was the first day, pretty easy but legs were a little tired from 9 miles on the bike the day before.
Now that I know about C25K program I am going to start tomorrow.

Day 3 C25K. Did it early this morning when it was only 75 out.

Got some good Jui-jitsu in yesterday made some blue belts my bitches  ;D , then got brought back to earth when rolling with the black belt.  :hlp

Got to tighten up my diet a little bit, gained 4 lbs and went back up to 261.  >:( guess I should have laid off the 23oz mugs of Apple Cider the night before weighting.  {toast}
