When I traded in my car for my first Jeep it was obviously modified with a loud exhaust / header combo... They test drove it and inspected it and a year later called me to ask if it had catalytic converters on it. Look forward to your call in a year  {popcorn}

It does say it was stolen on the title, so at that point who knows what the theives could have been done to it.

It did. They are selling it for $20,900.  I called yesterday to see what kind of deal he would give me. I told them I was looking at something around the 16k range.  :
