I booked next door for $81 per night. It was supposed to be $90 for an efficiency but the web site has not been updated so she gave it to me for 81.

I booked here as well, did not get the $81 but they have since changed the website to show event pricing.  Still not a bad deal, got a 2nd floor ocean front efficiency.

I think the Acapulco Hotel & Resort has a decent price as well, around $80 a night.

They didn't have any of the regular rooms left, plus, my girlfriend is coming and the oceanfront room was kind of "necessary".  If she's happy, it's worth the extra couple buck if you know what I mean.

There's "girlfriend happy" and "wife happy".

I have found that "wife happy" is much more expensive.
