Doing cardio 4-5 days a week.

Been hitting it hard for the last few months!! Not as much cardio as I'm used to, but a lot of weights!!

Good deal!

I'm still going to the gym 6 days week. Tue, Thur and Sat we do weight training then on Mon, Wed and Fri do 45 min to 1 hour on the treadmill. I have about 14 pounds to go to get to 200, which I haven't seen that weight for about 20 years lol. Just started another 12 week program at the club so I'm hoping to lose another 22 pounds.

Yeah losing weight is one of the hardest things to accomplish!!  I was @ 191 about 2 months ago when doing cardio 3-4 days a week. Now that I'm on weight more than cardio I'm @ 205!!

You need some Winstrol or Xpel (Water pills) lol

Been doing mainly body weight and kettlebell work at home this past few weeks. Kept my diet in check and still around 240 lbs. I hope to next week get back to weights and maybe... maybe... get out the mountain bike. Ben will tell you, riding the bike will get you skinny quick!

Just about to hit it again... soccer ends this week and wife no longer teaching nights. So my plan is to hit the bike 5 days a week either before work or after and do the x 5 days a week as well. Should be burning 2000+ calories a day. My goal is the july 4th pool party with friends. I want to be ready for that one!
I've grown tired of this.

I wont make 5 days a week like Ben but I am in hopes to get 2 weekdays and a weekend bike ride every week. I dont work till 11 so as long as I can ride and then be at work by 10:15ish in the morning I am good. Ill mix in weights or body weight exercises on the non bike days. Trim down for summer time, bulk up in the winter. Thats my plan  </BEER/>

Park opens at 7am. So it is roughly 1:40 right now to get the 12 in. Once I shave that time down I should be around 1:12 or so. Atleast that is where I was at last summer. Sucks having to do it all over again. If I can't get in the am, I will do after work. X in the evenings. Ready!! //RUNNIN//

All this discussion got me motivated last night to run "The Loop" here in town, 4.22 miles with some nasty hills.
Got it done in 39:02. I would like to shave 3 minutes off that time.

I got to focus on my diet and cardio more beacuse I want to be 225 instead of 235.

Cardio is key, but I enjoy eating way too much!

Have any of you guys looked into doing a Tough Mudder Challenge?

I was checking it out and they will be in GA on April 6, 2013. Would anyone be interested in doing this as a team? I was thinking something like a 6 man team might be cool. Whadda ya think?
