If it's tendonitis you might try wrapping an ace bandage around your forearm and elbow with a couple of ice packs underneath for about 20 or so minutes and then rub some icy hot on the area and wrap it back up with the ace bandage. The cold will help reduce the inflammation in the tendons and the heat will help with the blood flow in the area. Also take 400 mg of Ibuprofen for reducing inflammation. I had tendonitis in my shoulder, which is kind of hard to wrap up in a bandage so the Dr. had me take a Styrofoam cup, fill it with water and stick it in the freezer until it was nice and frozen. The Styrofoam provides insulation so that you hold it and massage the area that's needed to be iced down. As the ice melts you just peel the Styrofoam down to more ice and keep going. The area needs to be iced down long enough where the skin becomes numb.Or go see a Dr. and get some pain killers for it.

I was reading up on it last night and people were saying the same thing. I've been wearing a elbow support for about two weeks & no results. Ice packs tonight!!
