FEELER 2006 TJ
« on: January 15, 2012, 03:35:21 AM »
Been thinking a while about getting out of the daily driven jeep world and selling the tj to fund a yj build for trails only. Just feeling it out right now to see if there is any interest in it. It's an 06 sport 4.0 inline 6 cylinder with the automatic transmision. Both have 65k on them. It's all black, metal cloak overline fenders, 33 inch tsl radials on omf performance simulated beadlocks(which i finally did get to balance after some work) The interior will be replaced all to stock. Seats are in great condition. Been sitting in the attic. Only been minorly wheled twice. once at beasley and once taking all the bypasses at gulches haha. I'd be asking 16,000 for it. Let me know what yall think or if anyone is interested pm me. Will have pics up soon.

I think that's a great idea & a great looking Jeep! Should be able to get at least 15K for it!!

What kinda trade you got in mind. The more I think about it the less I want to sell it. Who says I can't cut up an 06  </ROCKIN/>

Yeah I bought it with the intentions of building it so thats probably what I should do. Most people tell me not to cut on it yet though so i guess they have me second guessing myself.

Had no issue cutting and drilling on my 06' LJ. The first 1 hurt... after that you don't care.

yeah now its just time to start collecting parts so I can build her right and not have to keep adding to my tire size an inch at a time with a full rebuild haha. So in other words I guess I have talked myself into keeping this one and running with what I have for a while as I scavenge parts.

Not a huge fan of rear fenders. Been thinking about putting leafs in the rear and comp cutting it, but that wont come until I have better axles so it will probably be sitting just like it is for a while just with the new wheels and 35's.
