Ok guys, this is important info hot off the press!!!

I have worked the discount deal for us. I am making a word document that will have the names of each person signed up to ride and Gulches will have on hand for the event. YOU MUST SIGN IN ON THE CHECK IN THREAD BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON IF YOU WANT TO BE ON THE LIST! I have to get it to him by Thursday evening. So, please make sure to sign in on the check in thread. When you get to Gulches, make sure you tell them you are with GATR and you have to give your screen name to prove who you are so they can check off the list and prove you are with GATR. Not on the list, no deal. Here is the deal given to us...

$20.00 for each rig no charge for passengers no first time registration fee.
Friday before 3pm $20.00
Friday after 3pm 10.00
Saturday $20.00
Sunday $20.00
Camping and the weekend pass the same as always
$10.00 per tent per night
$50.00 for weekend pass 1 Rig, driver, passengers, and camping Friday from 10am to Sunday at 6:00pm Tell them we will charge which ever is the cheapest rate. The most anyone can pay is $50.00 the least is $10.00 if they come in just to ride Friday evening

I've been told {hooters} that I will be at the lake this weekend, and I leave for Europe Sunday so you guys have a blast and see every trail and take a lot of photos.

anyone have a handheld cb they want to lend me for sunday? i cant get a setup in time. if not im gonna go pawn shoping tomorrow

You really do need a cb, but if it's going to stop you from coming, we can work around it. It just makes things easier on the trails to communicate. Radio shack or wally world have cheap ones in stock. If you get a handheld cb, you just turn it on and go. Hopefully see you on the trail  {cheers2}

im going to get a cobra 75 it just wont be here in time for this weekend. i don't want to inconvenience anyone on the trail. ive got a ton of off road experience been wheeling since i was a kid in Montana. problem is this new jeep isnt even a week old or it would have all the stuff i need.

I'm about 75% sure I am going to make it, so I will go ahead and add my name to the check-in thread, too. Unless something comes up at work, I plan on driving most of the way Friday night and just stop and get a hotel room and meet up with you guys Saturday morning.

I think we have everybody signed up that is coming. I have 17 confirmed. The list is being sent out so please make sure when checking in to say your are with GATR and have them sign your name off the check in list to get the discount rate.
