I got the mesh. 69 buck version , really keeps the sun from baking you while setting at a traffic light.  still plenty of air flow, very nice.

Well, this mornings coffee doesnt taste nearly as good.... Just did the numbers on the first tank of gas and I got 12mpg. Which was to be expected, except I was really not that hard on it all the time. It smells like its running a little rich, so I need to get it hooked up and see whats going on. Time to park it until Jeepfest.  </LMAO/>

Around 15mpg at WOT all times. This is supposed to be a 20-24 mpg engine, so it seems something is not quite right. Probably an O2 sensor.

need to adjust my JKS Quicker Disconnects, and tweek some things myself.   still need to get my fire extinguisher and a few other odds and ends for jeepfest.    taking 1/2 day on Fri. so i can get up there early and
get used to where everything is located.  not sure where the vendors will be on Friday or sat.  but I'm sure i will find them.

busy morning for me, was up at 4am, pushing code, running SQL.  blah blah.    enjoyed my ride in this morning, a bit on the chilly side, but the new spidershade top stayed on running 60mph.  on 78, so its pretty sturdy stuff.

been surfing eBay, i got 150 in eBay gift cards that's burning a hole in my pocket. . .   i need some rock sliders, the mopar step bar will get ripped off on the first bump i hit I'm sure, hopefully nothing that extreme
at jeepfest beginner and intermediate courses.. ..  I hope?   i was thinking about just taking them off for this weekend.  i plan on giving them to my daughter for her JK.  she wont off road, and she likes mine anyway..

things on my to do buy list..
* cut flares
* new side rockers/armor ? protection
* Lockers for front. looking at lunchbox or something not too expensive.
* Front bumper that's is wench ready. . i like the simple look..
* remove front lightbar, move 2 lights up to hood to mount with brackets.
* actually hook up the lights so they work, so i can do some nite trails.
*
*.. and the list goes on.  as of now, I'm guessing my list may change based on my jeepfest fun.  but who knows....

so, that's what I been doing this AM ..  on my 5th cup.  headed back for more.!

I might sell my rugged ridge rock sliders. Let me know if you are interested and we can work something out. I forgot, do you have a 4door too?

Edit: just saw you're 2 door. Oh well
