Happy - Wed.   working from home again today.   will be off to visit allsouth around lunch to see phantom.   i wish the weekend was here.

coffie auto kicked on around 4am, up at 4:30, took the dog out, (shepard/Chow Mix) lit out after a rabbit, .. it went under the fense she went over.   :hlp   with only about 1/2 a cup in me, in my PJ's
i took off.   caught her on the otherside of the neighbors house trying to get into his shed.   {salute}   ..

after not yelling at her too bad.   heck.. shes a dog, its what they do.  ..  anyway, one less rabbit in my yard.   </ROCKIN/>

still trying to find out what i can blow my 150 in ebay gift cards on.  nothing jumps out at me, some of the bumpers and side rock rails kind of scare me as to if its really something worth buying?

anyway.   ..

Off topic.   i have this fabric wrapped around my roll bars on my jeep, covering the metal, do u guys leave that on or take it off?  i guess its to keep the metal dry? and keep scratches, not sure what everyone else does...

 {btt}  need some more.   {letseat}

Rock rails are always a good investment in my book. They give protection and a step. The JK has several rock rail options that install using the body mounts and not drilling the tub. I am going to say you don't want to drill the tub so this is your best bet. Screw the bumpers, you got a stock one cut down, get a winch plate and a winch and save lots money

Ouch... thats a heck of a price... glad I drive a TJ and things are cheaper. I would look around for some other sliders under the 600 mark. Lot of money just to beat on a rock.

I have Smitty sliders on my rig and love em! They aren't exactly like the ones you have here, but Smitty none the less. Not too bad on the $ side either. I'll show ya this weekend.

Cool.   thanks.

just got back from AllSouth.  what a cool place.  the guys have tons of jeeps in there, doing all kinds of cool things.   guess i found a good place to take my rig for some upgrading or .. if i happen to "snap" something.   :o

all the guys where super nice.  got my shirt and stickers , and some good advice.  going to remove my cheep/mopar step bars before this weekend, so they dont get ripped.. im giving them to my daughter.  hope i can get some good ideas this weekend.

*update.  cheap mopar plastic steps are now off.  so only thing to get hurt is the paint and sides. hopefully the easy/interm. trails wont have too much on the rocks.  at least until i can get some protection.  :)
