My sliders took a beating, but I guess it's not considered carnage if thats what they are for.

If so, Than nothing is considered carnage. :o

Ha, good point

Carnage... not compared to others.. I was running I think rocker knocker backwards and dropped down on a rock using my right rear tail lamp as a break... well it broke alright. There only other thing I see is a bent rear lower CA bracket. Nothing serious I'll bend it back with a BFH. I did have a weld crack for one of my rear shock relocation brackets, but that is the fault of the welder operator! Nasty weld to begin with and I was wondering then it was going to crack. Other than minor scars.. It was a successful ride.

That's the one cool thing about carnage. You can buy better stuff to replace the broken parts

Outboard the rear. Savvy off-road has a fox shock with reserve for the outboard. There is someone one on JF who can tune really good. Forgot his name but I hear when he is done with them that it's pretty awesome. Just say u r a JF member and get 10% and discounted shipping from savvy.

Sticking with Rock krawler and doing something like there 2.0 RRD Remote Reservoir Shocks. Fox are nice, but way too pricey for me. Gonna have to save either way  :hlp

RRD's are no cheap date.  There regular 2.0's or 2.5's are much more expensive than Fox if I remember correctly.  Not sure on the resi ones.

I have the RK RRD 2.0's and I have to say, the warranty that RK offers is outstanding. I had 2 leaking shocks. I sent them all 4 and they rebuilt them all at no charge. They even changed the end caps with the new updated design. The only gig was I paid for shipping, no big deal. I think the shocks leaked because I didn't have it bump stopped and was basically using the shock for a b/stop.

I will say my jeep rides harsh, not sure if it's the springs or shocks or just the fact that it is a light 2dr when compared to the heavier 4dr. with longer wheel base.  ???
