It's perfectly legal to ride up there. It's just the subdivision entrance thats always in contention. They've tried to stop people from going up that way for years but every court has shot it down. Seems the Richey Rich crowd dont want muddy tire tracks on their paved road.

Can you really blame them though? They should not have built a subdivision with a public road running through the center

I was actually shocked at how many trailers there was when we left.
It was good to see that many familys out there with the kids.
To me that is the PERFECT place for everyone. The stockers can ride,
along side the hard core rigs. When you get to the different rock ledges
you decide if you want to play or watch. There is no pressure to try something.
It's not like some place's where your in line then when it's your turn you say oh
shit what do I do. You can clearly see what your up against.

Its definitely a unique place. Lots could be done with it if it was an offroad park.
Kevin, can u send me a link to a google map marking where that entrance is, just in case we need it one day? I only knew of the subdivision and the Werock lease.
Why doesn't everyone use the one behind the PB hole?
I don't blame them for being upset at mud in the road. Everybody should clean the tires best they can but there really is no way to there if the outlet road is muddy since it is just dirt up to the pavement.
Story I've read is land is half private owner that lets folks ride and half tn land dept, and they have been trying to do a land swap and get it all to close it.
